About the role
As the Supported Housing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Supported Housing teams, ensuring they are performing well and delivering a high-quality service at all times.
Ensuring supported housing schemes are well managed and the service areas operate within all regulatory guidance, statutory and legislative requirements, you’ll work with tenants, partner agencies, support providers and contract partners, addressing any environmental, property and tenancy issues.
Candidates will have senior level management experience in housing, care, or a related service, and will be a strong leader, manager and motivator of a team and individuals.
With comprehensive knowledge and understanding of supported housing and of community needs and safeguarding policies, you will have excellent attention to detail, perform well under pressure and be extremely customer focussed.
A housing or social care qualification would be an advantage. A Full and current driving licence and use of own vehicle insured for business use is essential.
