As a Front of House Manager you will be responsible for all Front of House Operations so you will need to have a strong background in Food and Beverage. You will be working under supportive management and your team will consist of 3 Duty Managers, Supervisors, F and B Assistants and a pool of part time staff.

Front of House Manager Skills:

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, in a quality hospitality environment known for the delivery of the highest standards
•Track record in both front and back of house operations, along with a strong knowledge of food & drink and hospitality
•Commercial experience and acumen that grows the business & works to achieve and set financial targets through forecasting
•Proven ability to work closely with the Kitchen to maximise the food offering and experience.
