Reporting to the Finance Director, this key appointment will assist with driving the company forward and improving the processes and systems.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
-Preparation of monthly management accounts
-Budgeting and forecasting
-Conducting any related analysis for the senior management team
-Maintenance of all accounting records
-Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
-Credit Control, responsible for sales ledger, generation of invoices, credit notes
-Weekly processing of electronic time sheets for sub-contractors
-Sales Invoice and Self Bill Purchase Invoice generation
-Monthly Internal Employee payroll and expenses
-Review and improvement of systems and processes
The successful Finance Manager will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
-Able to build strong working relationships
-Thinking on their feet
-Driven and self-motivated
