This client with provide the opportunity for the Recently Qualified Architect to develop their career within the practice so they are seeking a candidate with future ambitions. This architectural practice specialise within the commercial and industrial sectors, ideally the successful will have some experience within these sectors however this is not essential. The successful Recently Qualified Architect will have several responsibilities including liaising with construction professionals, supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, analysing and present design proposals, specifications and detailed drawings of projects and visiting sites. The most successful candidate should have a good knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit.
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated candidate to join the team, they will be offering support moving forward with progression.
Recently Qualified Architect Position Overview
- Work on a range of industrial and commercial developments
- Liaise with construction professionals
- Analyse and create detailed drawings and specifications
- Visiting proposed locations and building sites
- Work & run projects from inception through to completion
- Use Revit / AutoCAD
Recently Qualified Architect Position Requirements
- Relevant Degree Qualified
- Based in or around the Coventry area
- Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- ARB registered Architect
