The Role:
Permanent position£21,000 – £25,000 Parking on-site
You will be providing full administrative support to the sales and operations team and excellent customer service to the external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
To process a high number of sales orders Act as the first point of contact, dealing with all incoming enquiries Produce customer pricing quotations. Provide product specific data sheets as requested. Resolving any customer queries Working in line with the company to ensure. Chasing orders Adhering to league times. Coordination of deliveries Inputting all information onto the system ensuring 100% accuracy at all times. Producing reports Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all timesAbout you?
Previous experience in sales support and customer service administration Sales order processing experience and providing customers with quotations Good mathematical skills. Competent in production reports on excel. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills Be able to develop and maintain relationships .Meticulous attention to detail.
