**To be suitable for the job of Executive Search Associate you must have**:

– At least a 2:1 from one of the top 20 Uni’s
– Resilience, strong work ethic, drive
– A desire to succeed

**What the job of an Executive Search Associate entails**:

– Consultation and high-level sales
– Research-based Market mapping
– Pitching to Clients
– Working to targets and deadline
