ESTATE AGENCY CONTACT CENTRE – TEAM LEADER

A highly respected independent Estate Agency are seeking a dynamic TEAM LEADER to assist in the running of their ESTATE AGENCY CONTACT CENTRE based in Camberley, Surrey

This is a pivotal and engaging role, and the purpose is to provide high quality customer service whilst maximining any potential sales opportunities.

This role is based in an inbound and outbound central office and is a sales role with additional management / team leader responsibilities which will include target setting, mentoring and recruiting responsibilities.

You will need to work to targets and be confident in a pressurised, busy environment.

Previous experience in Residential Estate Agency or Lettings will be an essential requirement for this role because you will need to be able to hit the ground running, and have an immediate understanding of the sales opportunities that will be available to both you and your team.

Candidates with a strong background in Estate Agency Sales will be considered preferentially and former Call Centre / Tele sales role experience would be helpful.

The skills required for this ESTATE AGENCY CONTACT CENTRE – TEAM LEADER role will include:

  • Previous experience in a call centre / sales environment
  • Experience in motivating and monitoring a team
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Previous experience in Residential Estate Agency / Lettings
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
