Qualifications

Male or Female, 25 Years Old and Above, Minimum of 1 Year Experience, Filipino, At Least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate

CARE WORKERS/CAREGIVERS! Preferably N4 or N5 level (JLPT)

PRE-EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: BEFORE ENTERING JAPAN, A CARE WORKER MUST:

1.      Be at least ████████████ .

2.      Have at least one (1) year work experience in the ‘Care Worker’ job category or in similar professions, whether abroad or locally.

3.      In lieu of  1 year relevant experience, have completed:

a.      Caregiving NC II certification from a TESDA-accredited training center;  or

b.      Bachelor’s degree in any 4 year healthcare related course (supported by authenticated copies of diploma and transcript of records)

4.      Be a first-time participant to the Technical Intern Training Program.

5.      Have completed one of the following language proficiency requirements:

a.      Passed N4 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or its equivalent;

b.      Passed required level of the J. TEST (Test of Practical Japanese)

c.       Passed  required level of the Japanese language NAT-TEST

 

POST-DEPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: WHEN A CARE WORKER IS ALREADY IN JAPAN:

In accordance with the Japanese regulations,  the following shall apply in order for a Care Worker  to qualify to continue for the 2nd year of technical intern training

·         He/she must complete one of the following language proficiency requirements within the 1st year of training in Japan:

a.      Passed N3 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test or its equivalent;

b.      Passed required level of the J. TEST (Test of Practical Japanese)

c.       Passed  required level of the Japanese language NAT-TEST

·         If are unable to pass the N3 level or equivalents within one year of the technical intern training , the Care worker-trainee will be disqualified to complete the training program, and be repatriated back to the Philippines
