We are looking for a  Drafter to work with our team of Architects and convert designs into technical plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
• preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with  CADD systems
• performing calculations for materials and weight limitations
• preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team
• ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations
• identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team
• high performance of shop drawings & as built production

Qualifications:

• must know how to assist in setting up work orders and requisition entries
• clearly indicates revisions
• performs data entry in the departmental engineering database
• reads and interprets engineering drawings construction drawings and other technical information
• files drawings and drawing update documentation according to standard procedures
• must have 7 years of experience in related field (Construction) Education
• must have managerial skills (required)
• must have experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD)
• must have the ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential
• must have the ability to work well in a team and on your own
• must speak English fluently, Revit (software product and comprehensive workflow from Autodesk) is privilege

Preferred experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in related field (Construction) Education
