We are looking for an Architectural Drafter to work with our team of Architects and convert designs into technical plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• draft and prepare layout drawings of the given structures, components and devices, calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
• created detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow
• prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
• high performance of shop drawings & as built production
• working under the supervision of Senior Drafter
• preparing detailed work with CADD systems
• preparing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team

Qualifications:

• must have 3 years experience in related field (Construction) Education
• must have experience Natural and size the project. 3+ years of experience/construction firm/shop drawings/CADD
• must have good knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD software
• must have civil experience in high rise building, industrial, hotel, commercial & residential projects
• must have experience in coordination with other engineering services as well as architectural and structural drawings
• must have the ability to meet deadlines
• must speak English fluently
