QA/QC VALVE INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

Vocational Course
Years of Experience : Minimum 5 Years,
Work Experience in Maintenance.
Probably an Mechanical Engr.
Inspect all parts of valve during incoming process then prepare repair scope
Decide what valve components require machining
Prepare proper repair documentation with the valve repair scope
Inspect all parts prior to valve assembly including soft goods, elastomers, and bolting
Witness and approve valve tests
Complete repair report and test certificate documenting the work scope and component parts used
Final Inspection required on all relevant valves
Knows about more in machine shop jobs/spare parts.
