  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITY (Main purpose of this job):
    The Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include manpower   deployment, assign duties, inspect work performance in accordance to the   “daily inspection checklist” to ensure established cleaning standards. To be   successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of housekeeping   processes and procedures.
    RESPONSIBILITIES (Key areas of Responsibilities):
    ● To   supervise and coordinate work activities of housekeeping staff.
    ● To   assign duties, inspect work performance in accordance to the “daily   inspection checklist” to ensure established cleaning standards.
    ● To   attend all complaint / feedbacks promptly and amicably, follow up with   investigate complaints / feedbacks and take corrective actions where   relevant.
    ● To   upkeep site cleaning supplies chemicals, consumables and equipment to ensure   they are available and serviceable at all times.
    ● To   take regular inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning   supplies and equipment to ensure seamless execution of daily cleaning   activities.
    ● To   issue cleaning supplies and equipment to workers and account for quality and   timely delivery of cleanliness standards
    ● To   train new / existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where   applicable.
    ● To   adhere to workplace safety and health rules and regulations, to implement and   enforce the good safety practices (safe work procedures) in the course of   cleaning duties
    · During   the recruitment process, to screen and select suitable candidates in order to   maintain staffing requirement
    ● To   carry out administrative duties such as to process medical claim &   medical certification for the housekeeping staff.
    ● To   maintain proper documentation such as inventory records, cleaning supplies   safety data sheet etc.
    ● To   invite quotation for the cleaning supplies where necessary.
    REQUIREMENTS (Job/Person):
    ● Good     knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures
    ● Basic literacy.   Ability to communicate in basic English and at least one other language
    ● Working   knowledge of basic computer skills will be advantageous
    ● Prior   experience in leading a team is a must
    ● Excellent   customer service skills and able to interact well with the stakeholders
